    Stapanesti deja nivelul de baza? Te asteapta o noua provocare in practica posturilor corporale si a teoriei pe care o poti accesa. Du practica ta la un nivel superior, pas cu pas, sub ghidare competenta si atenta la nevoile tale!

    PURNA Yoga 2 este puntea ce uneste practicile de baza din PYA 1 cu cele avansate din PYA3.  In aceste sesiuni, vei explora posturi usoare dar si mai dificile, pastrate pentru mai mult timp, ce necesita o concentrare buna a mintii. In PYA 2, vei continua sa explorezi tehnici de meditatie si respiratie, pe langa posturile yoga.
